Data controller

Designproffsen AB is the data controller for personal data processed via dproff.se. Contact details are at the bottom of every page and on the contact page.

What data we process

We process only what you submit in the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your phone number and company name, and the content of your message.

The web server additionally logs IP address, timestamp and browser type for each request. This is an ordinary operational log required for security and troubleshooting.

Why we process it

Form data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to an engagement, to perform the agreement with you. Operational logs are used to detect and prevent abuse.

The legal basis is consent for your enquiry, contract if we enter into one, and legitimate interest for operational logs.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Data tied to an engagement is kept for the duration of the agreement and thereafter for as long as Swedish accounting law requires. Operational logs are rotated out continuously.

You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Who else sees it

Your data is not passed on, not sold and not used for third-party marketing.

The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., acting as data processor and storing data inside the EU. Beyond that we use no sub-processors for form data.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies for marketing, statistics or profiling, and loads no fonts, maps or scripts from external servers. That is why there is no cookie banner.

If you later order advertising from us and conversions need to be measured, that happens only after explicit consent and will be described here.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to object to the processing and to have your data transferred.

Send your request to the email address given on the contact page. We respond within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), the supervisory authority in Sweden.
