What does a web agency do, and when do you need one?
A web agency plans, designs and builds websites, and often handles hosting, search optimisation and advertising too. You need one when your site has to win customers rather than simply exist: when the old one is slow or hard to update, when you are launching something new, or when customers can’t find you on Google.
Not everyone needs an agency. A simple page in a site builder can be enough for a hobby or a quick test. But once the site has to take bookings, quote requests or orders, or work in more than one language, it pays to have someone responsible for the whole thing: design, code, speed and what happens after launch.
How do you choose a web agency?
Don’t compare on price and pretty pictures alone. Ask for a fixed price in writing, find out who owns the code and the domain, check what happens after launch and make sure the agency’s own sites are fast. Ask for references you can open and verify yourself.
A low hourly rate tells you little about the final bill. What protects you is a clear scope and a price that stays the same as long as the scope does.

Can my website be in Swedish, English and Arabic?
Yes. We work in Swedish, English and Arabic, both in our conversations and on the site itself. That suits companies whose customers speak different languages. The Business package includes two languages, and more can be added as an extra. Arabic is built with a right-to-left layout, not just translated text.
Our own site runs in all three languages, with Arabic laid out right to left. Each language has its own addresses and page titles there, so you can see how it works before you decide.
Which services and packages do you offer?
Three website packages: Start from SEK 14 900 for up to five pages, Business from SEK 29 900 for up to twelve pages in two languages, and Custom from SEK 59 900 for a web app, online shop or customer portal. All prices exclude VAT, and the exact figure is set in the quote.
Beyond websites we do graphic design, branding, advertising, SEO, automation, social media content and book design. Eleven services under one roof, so design, code and advertising don’t end up with different suppliers.

What happens after the site goes live?
We publish, measure and adjust. Then you decide whether we keep running it. Hosting and support start at SEK 490 a month and cover EU hosting, SSL, backups, updates and monitoring. If you choose another provider, you take the code with you, because it is yours.
The Business package includes 30 days of support after launch. Hosting Plus, SEK 1 490 a month, adds two hours of changes every month.
