What is a landing page?
A stand-alone page with a single goal, usually getting the visitor to send an enquiry or call. It is built around one offer and has no menus leading elsewhere. Visitors arrive from an ad, a newsletter or a social media post, and should immediately recognise what they clicked on.
An ordinary website presents the whole business. A landing page presents one offer to one group of customers and ends with a clear call to action.
When do I need a landing page rather than a full website?
When you are promoting one offer and want to know whether it works: a campaign, a new service, an event or ads on Google. If customers need to read about several services, find opening hours and get to know the business, you need a website. You can start with a landing page and expand later.
If you upgrade to Basic, with up to 5 pages, within 6 months, the full price of the landing page is credited.
- Landing page: one campaign, one service or one ad group
- Landing page: you want to test an offer before building a whole site
- Website: several services, several pages and information about the business
- Website: you want to appear on Google for many different searches
What should a landing page include to bring in enquiries?
A heading that repeats what the visitor searched for, a clear offer, reasons to trust you and an easy way to get in touch. The form should be short and visible without hunting for it. The page should work on a phone and load quickly, so nobody gives up before it appears.
The package has room for up to 6 sections. That covers the offer, how it works, answers to common questions and contact.
- A heading that matches the ad or the search
- What you offer, to whom, and what it costs or how to get a price
- Trust: the company name, contact details and what the customer can expect
- A short form and a phone number people can tap to call
- One call to action, not five
How does the landing page connect to Google Ads?
Google weighs the landing page when deciding whether and where your ad appears. According to Google Ads Help, ad and landing page quality is a factor in Ad Rank, and landing page experience is one of three parts of Quality Score. A page that answers exactly what people searched for makes every krona of ad spend work harder.
We also run Google Ads for SEK 4 900 a month excluding VAT, with the ad budget paid to Google on top. That way the ad and the page can be adjusted together, but the landing page works just as well with ads you run yourself.
How do I measure whether the page works without tracking cookies?
Start with what can be counted without following visitors around: how many enquiries arrive through the form and how many people call, and ask new customers where they found you. If Google Ads should measure conversions, we set that up together with you, based on the consent requirements that apply to your site.
Our own site sets no tracking cookies, and we don’t add any to yours unless you ask. Compare the number of enquiries with what the campaign cost, and you know what each enquiry costs you.
What does a landing page cost and what is included?
The landing page costs SEK 7 900 excluding VAT. That includes one page with up to 6 sections, a custom design, a contact form, basic SEO, one language and one round of changes. The page is ready 7 working days after you deliver the material. If you upgrade to Basic within 6 months, the full price is credited.
You supply the text and images, or we quote for copywriting and photography. The domain’s yearly fee is paid to the registrar, and hosting after launch is not included: Hosting and support costs SEK 490 a month, or you can use your own host.
- One page with up to 6 sections
